HR Residents: Here is your opportunity to report on the services you received from the company who did work for you recently…this can be a report on a vendor identified by your Vendor Services Committee, or a different firm that you feel should be listed in the Vendor Services binder (especially if that company did exceptional work for you). Vendor Evaluations are strictly confidential and it is optional to give your name and phone number when submitting an evaluation. Evaluation forms can be found in the large 3-ring vendor binder in the Library next to the computers or click here to print one. |
